If the installation is delayed due to the Customer, such as the site or new build not being ready, and Coastal Window Furnishings is required to store goods for more than two (2) weeks, a holding fee of 30% of the full order value will become payable. The remaining balance will then become due at the time of scheduling installation, once the site is confirmed as ready.
